1)eat slow, chew your food till it turns liquid 2) don't skip meals, ideal vgap between meals is 3-4 hours 3) finish your dinner early n avoid heavy meal (3 hours before your sleep) 4) no morning tea n coffee on empty stomach 5) avoid spicy, oily, fried food 6) eat a fresh fruit, green veggie, salad everyday 7) avoid smoking n alcohol 8) dont sleep after meal, sit down, walk for sometime , move your body don't sit continuous ly, do yoga pranayama 9) maintain straight sitting posture, reduce forward bending while sitting 10) avoid tight fitting clothes 11) avoid anger n irritation 12) get enough sleep 13)reduce your fat, puts your stomach upward 14) reduce sleeping on right side while sleeping

Best way to treat is higher the bed with 4to 6 inches in head side by keeping brick or stone to the cot so the acid won't reversed to the esophagus 🥰this worked for me 🥰

Jab hospital jane ka samay aata hai tab kahi se bhi paisa aata hai.. Isliye behtar hai ki doctor ke bajaay hum khud ke khane pine par kharch kare.. Shayad usse hume aur energy aaye aur hum abse jyada paise kamaye.. Aur ek bat... Seasonal fruits aur vegetables dal chawal se bhi bahot saste hote hai..

Drink like warm water 3-4 glass first thing in the morning wait for an hour this will eliminate acidity rest what you said is correct, never let acidity and constipation happen. Prayanam and 6-10 ohm the correct way in morning will sort out every thing do it regularly,
