Think of something really depressing.. Maybe losing someone and then really stick on the fact that your never going to see them again, Maybe try thinking about a scenario where it was your fault.. Or think about every little detail that you don’t like about yourself, that often works for me because i have a lot i can think about myself.

I booked a role that requires me to cry and I need to nail it! I have a hard time crying. I can’t cry at allll! Hopefully this helps.

My trick is to think of a song that makes me cry and mumble it under my breath and I just cry
