Brilliant as always . i have become almost a graphics designer .. watching and following ur tutorials . Even that i have mastered Premiere pro , After Effects Davinci Resolve and Cinema4D i still learn alot from You .. There is an effect called circle that pretty much does it, but it can only be a circle, and without the stroke outline

@@SmertimbaGraphics Thanks for replying. I honestly moved over to capcut which is what I didn’t want to do because I’d like to get real comfortable with Premier but when I attempted to add the track matte onto the graphic it would seemingly work, however, it would not appear on the timeline. I tried resetting and completely starting from scratch but none of those ended up working. Do you know where I might’ve messed up? I’m going to be trying again really soon so maybe you’ve got some helpful advice

i have to check , cant we give stroke to the first (only layer) without duplicating it please?

You could add a Paint Bucket effect to the video layer after the track matte key, set file selector to alpha and stroke to stroke, then adjust the color.
