❤My mom passed last December, and I was unable to keep the Christmas Cactus she had for 65 years alive. I've kept all her other plants alive- my grandmother gave her that plant the day Mom & Dad got married on Valentine's Day 1958. That plant only flowered in February. I joke it was loved by Mom so much, it decided to go be with her in the afterlife! THIS is the perfect answer for the spot where Mom kept her beloved, ancient plant! I thank you, for your design has already comforted my broken heart. After I watch this video, I'm off to buy your patten!!

I've always wanted to make a Christmas cactus but other tutorials made me feel it would be beyond my skill level and patience. You make it look so simple and I can't wait to try it. You're a very good teacher, thank you❤

I've been crocheting for 50 years. I prefer a written pattern, mainly because that's all we had "back in the day." A lot of designers have KZread tutorials only. Yours is the only one where I not only enjoy watching you crochet-- your clear explanations coupled with your excellent video work has made me try learning a pattern by only viewing it! I still buy your patterns. You produce quality patterns. It's evident you love to share your creations- and I love to support you by purchasing your work. I'm not being judgemental of yarn lovers who can't purchase your patterns. I'm blessed to be at the age where my "entertainment" is yarn, and I love to support creators who also offer free patterns. Everyone should be able to enjoy their creativity!!! Thank you!

I’m so excited to make this as well as your String of Pearls!! I actually have the real versions of these plants, but I won a two tiered hanging pot set but my husband said I can’t put anything too heavy into it because it’s not anchored into the ceiling and will pull right out. I decided to make crochet plants for it and yours are perfect!!! 😁 Question for you, you mentioned that you bought the wire stems from Amazon, and I’d love to support you there as well, but I don’t see a link for the stems. How long are the floral wires used?

I need to know the floral wire gauge

This is beautiful, I honestly was going to ask you if you could make one. They are my Mom’s favourite. She has 5 different coloured ones in her house. Red, baby pink, dark pink, peach and white. She tries to find a new colour every year.

I just bought the pattern. I have real Christmas cactus at home. My two grown daughters have had no luck growing them. So as a joke, I will be making them for them. The only thing is. There is no mention what gauge wire you used? Amazon has several gauges. Also can you let us ladies know approximately how much yarn you used?Seeing that I’ll be making at least two of them. I would like to make sure I buy enough yarn. Also I will be making large one. What is the diameter of the pot you used? Thank you in advance.
