As a new to crochet person I think I can do this one. Your directions are easy to follow. Hardest part will be picking a color. For a newbie I wish you had shown how to add new yarn when one ran out. Thanks for a very well done tutorial.

Just starting to make shawls. This one looks great and manageable for my skill level. You said 955 yds of yarn. How many ounces do I need?

I used J hook but my chain only measures 15 inches width should I use a k

Love this. I must be doing something wrong. After about 4 rows, I’m losing my straight edge on one side. It looks like I might be adding a stitch, but don’t think so because pattern would be off and pattern is still ok. I’ve tried a couple of times but still have same problem.
