I love how you say that not all crochet is perfect. That is so true. I may follow a pattern and some how end up with more or less stitches. I have been working on a hat and some how I am messing it up. I have taken it apart and started over at least six times now. UGH! So frustrated. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I will start fresh tomorrow. We all are unique and so are the things we crochet. It may not all line up or be perfect, but that is what makes it so special; especially, if you are gifting some of your projects. Love your videos. Been watching the giveaways and love them!

Gorgeous!!! Ugh! I wish I'd of found this before I made my plain single crochet fingerless mitts! My daughter brought me back some Icelandic wool yarn from Iceland and this pattern would have been perfect! I may just have to frog it and redo in this pattern! Thanks for the wonderful tutorial!

I just finished the left hand .I used a 5mm hook instead of 5 ,I'm glad I did ,using a 6mm it would have been huge on my hand . I might gift these idk yet lol. I did make the hat and used 6mm it's a little big on me too ,I'm gonna make another one with 5mm hook . Thank you Crystal !

Oh wow I made a hat and mittens something like this I didn't do the fingerless I did the 4 Minton lol everyone seems to like it wish I seen this before I made mine ... I started from the tip on down and then crocheted the thumb on I think I'll make a pair of these fingerless ones too

Hi Crystal hope you're having a wonderful day I want to say how you've been a blessing to me and showing me all these different ways of crocheting the different things I just finished the the houndstooth hat and I love it I have a question for you could you tell me what the multiples are on the fingerless gloves because I have a very small wrist and then there's others in my family that has a larger wrist and I would like to know the multiple so that I can get the rest part right thank you and God bless

Crystal, I don't know if you will see this it's an old video but I want to make something different with houndstooth in the round how many multiples do I use for houndstooth? Or is it just an even number? I'm actually going to make leg warmers for my niece inspired by Alice in wonderland :-) I was looking at pictures some of her socks in some images remind me of houndstooth. I will do black ribbing top and bottom the inside will be houndstooth, no one better to ask than you since it's your favorite stitch :-)

Can you show how to do the houndstooth poncho with sleves and hood. I suffer a lot of pain and cold in the weather the uk is experiencing. going to watch your tutorials over and over until i do the hatand these gloves.

How would I down size this for a 8 year old

Was doing great until it came to the hole for the thumb and then all a sudden, it’s like the video jumped to the right hand from the left. I’ve been trying to compensate but I dunno what happened or how to finish tht side.
