( Milk Cotton Yarn, 5ply )
- Light Khaki Yarn
- Green Yarn
- Pink Yarn
- Black Yarn
- White Yarn
- 3mm Hook Size
- scissors
- Needle
- Nylon transparent
sewing thread
Flat Base
- Make a slip knot
- Chain 16
- Skip 2 stitch
- Make 3 Hdc into the third stitch
- Make 1 HDC into the next 12 stitch
- Make 6 Hdc into the last stitch
- Make 1 Hdc into the next 12 stitches again
- Add 3 more Hdc into the first stitch
- Slip stitch
Row 1-20
- Chain 2
- Make 1 Hdc into each stitch around 36x
- Slip Stitch
( Repeat the process into the next rows )
Frog Eyes / Bear Ears
- Make a Magic ring
- Make 4 Hdc into the Mr
- Pull the yarn tail
- Chain 2
- Make 2 Hdc into each stitch
- Secure the yarn
Frog eyes ( white part )
- Make a magic ring
- Make 8 SC into the magic ring
- Pull the yarn tail
- Slip stitch
- Chain 1
- Make 2 SC into each stitch around
- slip stitch and secure the yarn
Frog eyes ( Black part )
- Make a magic ring
- Make 6 Sc into the magic ring
- Pull the yarn tail
- Slip stitch
- Cut and secure the yarn
Frog/Bear Tummy
- Make a magic ring
- Make 14 DC into the mr
- Pull the yarn tail
- Chain 2
- Make 2 DC into each stitch around
- Slip stitch
- Secure the Yarn
Bear Nose
- Make a magic ring
- Make 10 SC into the mr
- Pull the yarn tail
- Slip stitch

I love your design so much! It looks so CUTE and I can't wait to make it for myself. FYI If you want to make a phone case in the same way, just make only the front piece and glue it to a phone case. Another way you can do it is make the front and back but, for the back make a big hole so you can see the screen of your phone. Don't forget to make a camera hole! I hope this helped.
