How to Crochet Buttons a Different Way

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I will be showing you a creative way to use your mixed button stash that may be loads of fun to sift through, but just doesn't have five or six look-alikes. I've had my share of that for sure! So we will be making crocheted coverings to fit around any button using simple crochet stitches. Unlike the usual way of filling crocheted balls with crochet thread or fiberfill. The result will be an intricate and detailed crocheted closure that can be sewn to crocheted, knitted, or sewn garments and objects. All with a minimum amount of supplies!

Thank you!! I made two (square ones!) out of a piece of a plastic knife since I didn't have buttons at all!

Very good! Finallly one who shows how to know which strand to pull when making the magic loop. And excellent technique for holding hook and yarn, so that beginners can learn properly - so rare here on youtube for English language videos.
