Thank you. Usually the safety eyes comes with washers that helps them to lock it up real tight. But if you are really worried to give it to babies, you can use black yarn to make the eyes. My rattle head m9ves back and forth too much, I sew it more but the cover is slipping around too. It looks tight but still moves. What have I done wrong! I must have missed something or just made it too loose I guess🤷♀️
