Can this be used for virtual horse race platforms? I'm looking to apply it to state lottery run computer-animated horse race betting. Historical data is available for input as well as probability for each of the 12 horses. I've done pretty well with my own analysis, but I know that it would be much more accurate using machine learning, data analysis and predictive algorithms. I don't think I should have to start from scratch, but most of the information I see is for actual races taking jockeys, track info, etc into account when I don't need any of that. Any assistance from you would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry but i don't think it would be suitable because it's all based on the current days racecards and horses.
