Hi Ma'am, I often watch your videos and find very helpful. I am recently done with the IELTS through British Council so the problem is, they didn't provide headphones for listening task. They played audio on speaker which was very noisy and also there was lots of surrounding disturbance which thoroughly spoiled our test. Though we people raised complain at the test center itself and through e-mail as well but didn't get any revert yet. Could you please help me that what can be done against this?? Awaiting for your response! Thanks a lot!
