Thanks for the tutorial! How can you later use the created ddashboard? Should you go to dashboard dropdown every time you want to see those metrics, or can you somehow set the dashboard as a home page to a project (or in general - is there a way to add a dashboard to a specific project, so when you open up a project there is a home page or a tab somewhere on the left where you can see that specific dashboard)?
How can i get kead time and cycle time for jira? Do you offer trainings?
Hey Alex, Thanks for another great video. I am trying to create a dashboard feature to track recurring tasks. The recurring tasks are in an epic for that purpose. How would I write a JQL filter to filter by Epic, by assignee, and time(for instance "past 2 weeks") and return percentage of tasks done, in progress and backlog. Is this something that's possible?

In Custom charts, you should be able to do the first part. You'd want to chart by Epic Link and group by assignee. As far as % complete of tasks complete, I don't think that's possible.

It looks like you have to use the Issues and filters. Then click Advanced hyperlink and play with the JQL filter across the top.

You may want to combine some of your columns . . .or use less columns.

Custom Charts is a plugin. You first have to "buy" it through the marketplace, and then you'll be able to install it.
Is custom charts free?

It's free if you have 10 users or less. Anything greater than that, and you have to pay.
just want us to buy a 3rd-party plugin. Good one
