In the video I will be sharing today, I break down the complexities of creating precise and natural-looking hairstrokes. We’ll start off with a demo on latex - it’s a fantastic way to practice since you get a feel of the texture similar to human skin. One crucial tip is the variation in color density within each stroke - starting light, getting darker and thicker in the middle, and then fading out light again. This gradation is what gives the stroke that natural flair!
Step-by-Step Guide to Flawless Hairstrokes
Technique Tips for Consistent Results
I’ll show you my hand movements to achieve these results. It’s all about controlling the speed and pressure - start slow and gentle, build up in the middle with more passes for that depth of color, and then ease out with a wider, faster movement. Watching the video, you’ll see how I keep my movements in the air before touching down on the latex. This “pre-draw” technique avoids those abrupt, dark beginnings which can make the strokes look heavy and artificial.
Technique Tips for Consistent Results
Practicing Makes Perfect
I can’t stress enough how important it is to practice this technique. Jumping straight onto skin without a solid handle on your tools and movement can lead to mistakes that are hard to correct. Use latex sheets to practice as often as you can - remember, each stroke is a step towards mastery.
Learning and Interacting
Lastly, don’t forget that learning is a two-way street! I’d love to see how you implement these techniques, so feel free to tag me on Instagram with your practice or real client examples. If you have any questions or if there’s something particular you struggled with, drop a comment below the video. I’m here to help, and who knows, your question might inspire my next tutorial!
See you next time, and keep those questions coming. Bye-bye!

I wish I could've done my Microblading with an experienced person like her. I have been suffering from that terrible blue color and red halo. I don't want those costly laser or saline removals. I recently tried to fade those mistakes with Glycolic acid. It faded the blue mark and broke through the red halo. It's healing these days and I am happy for now because there is no blue color anymore.

The video I’ve been searching for! What angle are you holding your machine? It doesn’t look like it’s at 90 degrees 😊
