Sorry I'm so late, but I figured it out. Right click on the rectangle and click 'Edit Contents', it's the 12th one down on the menu that pops up. Then copy and paste your design onto the black rectangle then click save. If your design has a transparent background, make sure to change the opacity to 0% before clicking save. Then click back onto your main design and it'll be there! Let me know if anything was unclear :D

How can I duplicate the wrap without making it a copy of itself. If I edit it it doubles the smart object when I have have different images applied, it keeps the first one

Right click on the smart object layer you want and choose "New Smart Object Via Copy" it will create the same copy but not linked to each other
