I really like this method, but I need help. Is there any way to convert UTM to another bearing system? We use NAD83 PA South for our coordinates. UTM comes in way off target.

One way is to create a NAD83 Pa South drawing. Create a point style with an AutoCAD point as the marker and no label style. Import the points using only the northing/easting/elevation. Apply the styles then explode the points until they are AutoCAD points. Create a block and change the x/y scale of the block to 3.2808 (leave the z at 1). Import your KML, align the scaled block to it, then explode it and use the Civil3d point utilities to create Civil points from AutoCAD points. A bit of work but once you do it it's simple.

You can also add Geolocation based of a node in AutoCAD
