Can you tell me if it is possible to offer multiple download files in the Incentive Page? Or do I have to post a URL to a page where multiple files can be given? I don't really want to create a single file that contains all (2 or more) gifts.

Hi Angel, I admit that the predesigned templates are very attractive but I'd like to see a "start from scratch" option where I can add just the elements that I need. That doesn't seem to be possible at this time. I hope your design team will consider that. Thanks

Since I already have an opt in box on my website, and have switched from another service (Get Response) to which that optin box is integrated, can I still use the same form and intrgrate it to ConvertKit. The form was not a Get Response form.

Click on the settings button at the top right-hand corner. Scroll down to “Incentive” and click it. From there you can download your file.

Wait a minute. My convertkit page doesn't look anything like that. It just says Welcome Back ........ There's no menu at the top with landing pages and forms. The menu just saw Grow, Send Automate, Earn and Learn.

Please I DON’T seem to find the option to add my downloadable e book when I’m creating the landing page … please how should I got about it

Hi, I wanted to ask if landing pages should be searahable on google, coz I have done everything and got a custom domain and set everything up and I published the page and the links I sent out are saying the identity of this website has not been verified and then it says your connection to page is not encrypted, and I cannot find it in google search. Is this normal or is there something I am missing here? Thanks

Hopeless! Logo image is sized like a postage stamp. Email form does not allow adding "second name" to the field. Nothing shows in the dropdown except "First Name". No way to figure out or edit the "subscribe" button. No support. I've been waiting two hours for any response. Waste of time.
