How to Create Abstract Background in Adobe Illustrator with Blend Tool | EPS.05

This is my fifth video tutorial about blend tools. And for this time I will show the process of creating colored waves. In this process, only blend is used to create graphic elements like this. What I will show in this tutorial, is just a basic concept in general, to create something like this. The rest, it depends on all of you, to create graphic elements more than this, using only a the blend tool.

    you can lock an object in a layer without any fuss. Click on the drop down arrow beside the layer where you have your object,there you will see all your objects/paths, then click on the lock space beside the object that you want to lock. voila . this is how I do it. click the lock again to unlock the object, just how you would lock/unlock layers.

    Yes you can lock/unlock specific objects. It's in the dropdown of a specific layers where you can create sublayers and/or manage objects on individual layers. Locking trough the selection menu is not as flexible and takes significantly more time/clicks to operate with it.

  • @LADALIDI

    @LADALIDI

    Жыл бұрын

    for some cases in adobe illustrator if we give an effect to an object it will turn into a raster image, in other words adobe illustrator converts it to a raster to create certain effects even though it is a vector object. We will notice that if we save it in SVG or EPS format, even if we open it again in Illustrator, the file will automatically convert to a raster image, raster is a pixel or bitmap image.
