How to Create a Weighted Factor Model
A short video for introductory project management students that overviews weighted factor models and how they can help you make project decisions. This video presents a real-life decision that needs to be made, and then walks you through the various steps to create a WFM, and ultimately determine which option best meets your goals.
This video was put together by Derek Vigar - an Award-Winning Professor with the School of Management at George Brown College in Toronto.
