A lot of things to deep in and thank you for your recap about a few functions.....it happens I know them but i forget them because there is such a lot of thing s to remember in Canva ! this was very helpful. what i’m having trouble with is finding a platform that i can transfer my canva made newsletter to. i need a site that i can post an easy email collection link to and instantly send the temp out i made in canva. most newsletter sites want you to use their templates.

Can one save the newsletter in pdf form for distribution to partner organizations and co-workers?

If I created a website on Canva and bought a domain, is there a way to have subscribers? So that then I can send them Newsletters? Thank you 😊

What a great tutorial! My only remaining question is how to send this via an email to subscribers? If I publish as a website, I don't just want to email the link to the page, but I want the newsletter to open in their inbox. Did I miss something? Or do I need to use Mailchimp etc. in this case? When I was working at Canva we shared links to newsletters that were created that way all the time, in a simple email. If you want your content to display within an email, you'll need an email management system like Mailchimp, indeed 😊

Hey there 👋 We use QuickTime Player to capture our screens, but all these zooms are manually created in post-production (Premiere Pro) by our video editors. Tedious but effective 😉

Perhaps you mention this, but do the recipients of the newsletter also, have to have an Issuu account? Secondly, when turning the pages within the Issu newsletter, does it make a page turning sound? And if so, is that sound customizable?

Hi there 👋 Good questions! 1/ No, the recipients do not need to have an Issuu account. 2/ There's no sound effect when pages are flipping. At least that's what I think ... I've never heard any 🤔

How come I don’t get that share option. Everytime I click on the website icon it tells me to convert to website. But I don’t want that I want what you are getting. And it gives you that option for scrolling and the opens a new window and you can copy the url and share with people

Canva newsletters are just currently view links or Canva websites. They give you basic analytics only. To get all the data you describe, you should look into email platforms like Mailchimp.

Templates come and go in the library, with new ones being constantly added.

But this isn't in HTML format which Constant Contact and Mailchimp insist on. Unless I am mistaken?

Hey, I heard that Canva doesn't allow us to use their free elements anymore likewise using their any of their tools for printing and selling them to Amazon KDP or any others platform is something they restricted recently which can be occur in Copyright issue. What I'm showing in this tutorial is different ways you can design and publish your newsletters either as a Canva website or a digital Flipbook. Sadly this isn't true, and most likely he has a sponsorship deal with Issue - no one will read a flip book. I've been a designer for over 18 years
