How did your name if you don’t mind me asking?

I love the engraving with the powder. These would be good to offer at a Vets office.

You could use playdough under the stone to keep it from moving.

Great results! I think I would try a complimentary color for the powder coat. With the black it looks too similar to the plain to really see the difference. An idea I have used successfully is to create a shallow box and put a layer of sand in to nestle the rocks.I haven’t tried powder coat, but it helps me keep the surface level. Waiting for my Ultra to ship, can’t wait for it to arrive!!

I gave this a try and even used one of the suggestions below to use some play-dough to stabilize the rock. When I ran the blue light it was offset from the original burn. I've tried it three times with the same result. At first I thought it was a calibration issue, I've calibrated three times now with the same result. Any thoughts?

Do you sell the jigs? Do you recommend the filter if you are taking to shows, how about if it's outside?

You can but it needs to be a black stone like slate type to have the image of a person or dog. I have done thoes. It would not be an engrave it would be a white mark of sort

It would be an idea to put the stone on some form of putty to stop it moving

This is such a great idea. Do you know if this can be accomplished on the F1? I am contemplating purchasing the F1 because it is portable for craft shows and the Ultra is bigger than I need right now. Thank you!

I did one for my other dog. F1 will not carve but it will burn and image. Almost glitter like depending on the stone

Other than the really bad sound quality on this and how low it goes and then really high and then back down to really low. Engravings look fine. But dude, you got to work on your sound
