I find Dropbox works just as well for sending from the computer to phone for uploading to Instagram. Always nice to learn a new trick or two about photoshop.

AirDrop is the best way for Apple-to-Apple transfer! Emailing will sometimes be difficult for large file loads, so I tend to stick to using Google Drive or another option similar.

u can even import short video clip into photoshop by importing it as frames and edit each frame adding some effects and export it again as GIF or video again,There are even programs online which you can use to overlay a GIF into a still picture (or a still picture overlay to a gif ) and export it as GIF or video
