    Hi there! Great tutorial. I would like to know if it is possible to hide or not display the "custom payload" return in the chat! (In production) In my case, I would only like the answers, but without having to show the reference of where the bot got the information!

    Hi, you can definitely do that. When you are in your Dialogflow CX, click on the "Start Page" option on the left. It should show the settings for it and in that, click on "Data stores". When you click on that, you should see settings on the right which will have a section like this. "Data store response options" Link maximum Source links are sometimes displayed along with responses generated from data store content. Set a maximum number of links to display. You can set the Link maximum number to 0 if you dont want to show the links as part of your responses. Hope this helps.

    @@ricardosouza6138 Did you try it? It's just that I have tried and I still get the custom payload. In my case, since it's a FAQ chatbot, I don't need links or the payload.

    Hello, thanks foe sharing this intuitive video, I have couple questions: 1. What about using multiple bigquery tables (for example 3-4 tables that have different information) to build chat app? Also, Can I choose multiple datastores? 2. Do you have a demo recording using bigquery tables that you can share?

    Please tell me if it's possible to allow the user options to select in the chat instead of the user having to type a question? For example in the introductory message can we say "Hello what service can I help with you today? 1 Product 2 Services 3 Other. The user can select one of the 3 options instead of having to type the response. Is it possible?

    Hi , It was a grate video and tutorial. I built my agent to connect to my Cloud storage to access documents to help support team. .It works as expected just a minor bug. I can't click on the link that has been provided by chatbot. It gave me "403 Forbidden" Error. My storage is not public and I am using corporate google console platform. The Source link displayed along with responses doesn't work for me, could you please advise How can I fix this issue

    Hello. I've done all of the steps in your video, but instead of html pages I uploaded 2 pdf books. It was fully indexed but after trying out Dialogflow Messeger or even simply click "Test Agent" Agent does not understand questions about books and sends me back default response (Sorry, as an AI assistant in a company, I can only help you on the company website. How can I help you today?). What have I done wrong or why doesn't it work?

    Hi, first of all, make sure that your app is connected to the DataStore agent where you connected your books. Second, in Dialogflow CX, make sure the agent you have selected is the correct one. Once the entire import and process is done, it should work. Please check if you have missed any steps. If you are still facing issue, share the pdfs with me and I can give it a try.

    Could it be the case that it does not work `cause it's not structured as faq or my pdfs are in Ukrainian language? I double checked datastore connection and configuration of agent, everything was good@@techwithsach
