I was hoping this video was about how to just "plain ole journal" in a Goodnotes app. I cannot find ANYTHING on KZread that isn't a planner, a digital journal, etc. I just want a plain page where I can write my thoughts, maybe add some graphics or photos. There's just nothing on regular personal journaling on GoodNotes. Do you have a video -- a simple video -- on that. How to keep the text box from moving all over the place, the text is way too large and the page doesn't carry over to a new page. Thanks for any suggestions you have.

This was incredibly helpful! I've let my journaling lapse the past few months, overwhelmed by work things. The idea of being fussy with the journal I had been using was just too much to think about. I'm going to have more free time in the evenings very soon, and I was thinking about creating my own journal, set up my own way. I just didn't know how to get started. Thank you! This was inspiring.

Hello! This was very useful! But what I really miss is that no one says what could be the suggested resolutions for at least some iPads or tablets. I know it depends on many factors but there must be one or two more preferable resolutions. I am a newbie on creating digital journals and I would be really grateful if somebody could give me their insight on that. 😊🦄

I still love my iPad Pro 10.5 the only concern is battery… and just like your iPad it drops 1% every other minute.

Wow Nice!!! But my own doesn’t pick the shapes for example, I use my fingers. Do you know why?? It can enlarge and expand the shapes but can’t pick it to place in another place except I use my hand That’s frustrating

This is so helpful. I am working on making one but mine looks a little different. Yours looks more vertical and mine looks chunkier lol idk. I have an iPad Air. Idk if that matters. I’d looooove to see the process when you make one.

I think I had the same problem: open the presentation on keynote, click on "presentation", "presentation options", "presentation configuration", "slide size", 4:3. I hope this helps, my iPad is in Italian so I don't know if the translation is 100% the same

Keynotes on iOS

Idk why my pencil is opening a paint box whenever I’m trying to move the pages, I’m forced to do it by hand :(

I had the same problem until I fixed my Apple Pencil settings within Goodnote. Doing every by hand was driving me nuts lol

I had this problem but all you have to do is go into the settings scroll down to the Apple Pencil category, and turn on select and scroll. If you want to change between drawing and selecting keep the double tap feature on, if not switch it off so you don’t have to worry about switching on accident!
