Yes, if you want to set it up with Godaddy you'll have to purchase the domain there. Bluehost also provides email hosting, so you may want to set it up with Bluehost instead of godaddy since you already have a domain with Bluehost.

I have set up an Alias email but when I send FROM that alias, when someone gets the email and they go to reply, they do NOT see the alias, instead they see my primary email. Is there a way to set things up so that when the get an email FROM an alias email that when they reply they reply TO that same alias?

Never go for Godaddy EMAILS!. It dosent work with Outlook! and Best part Sent email cannot be downloaded if you decided to part ways or switch to another provider? Whats sent is owned by Godaddy? Use godaddy or godaddy wont give you sent emails. Sad.. never expected out this from godaddy!
