Only thing I would do differently is use an applicator to apply chrome powder, some gel polishes are fickle if with any oils on nails. From touching it with your finger. But looks fantastic

These look amazing. Huge amount of work, don’t think I’ll be recommending to my clients when we first go back 😂😂😂 but I’m definitely going to try this method!

Hi, just letting you know I did this design as promised. I was a bit nervous initially and I did do the first nail thicker so ended up filing the design a little too much as I don’t like thick nails. From there though I mastered it and just made the wrap part smaller folds using a finer tool. Great results BUT I needed more of a contrast shade like you used but over thought it and played safe. You can still see the design just not as vividly. I will have more confidence next time and better choice of two colours. Had great fun trying this design and continually learning from mistakes or improve on techniques. Thank you for the inspiration and sharing ❤️💅🏻

What do you wipe the inhibition layer with

What type of gel you are using poly gel builder gel

Also what grit file do you use? Every time I try and file after it scratches all the gel away, I’m not off to a good start 😅

Do you have to use builder gel to mix the colors? Or can you use the gel color as is? Or maybe a gel top coat instead or just clear gel instead?

Wish I watched this before trying it as I cured it for wayyyy to long and couldn’t get all the cling film off 😅 anyone no why you use builder gel? Can it be done with just the colour? I’m super new to nails xxx

Can u use normal nail polish to mix with the clear gel?
