    Maybe instead of playing the full triad chords on the distorted guitars u could replace them with 5 power chords and double stops(the 1 and the 3 of the chord your replacing)

    Quick question. Why does it say "iv (min)" if "iv" already indicates that it's minor? This is a question I've had for a while, but I don't know musicians and composers personally, so I've never asked. I figured because I've seen this sort of thing before and I'm seeing in this video, perhaps you could answer this for me.

    That indicates the key it has been borrowed from. I could also have borrowed from the Phrygian mode, in which case it would be iv (phr). Or Locrian and it would have been iv (loc). I hope that helps.
