Well, you can create one leather with 4 rabbit hides, but that's pretty high cost.

This is going to be great! Empty Bundles inside a Bundle are like Shopping Bags inside another Bag! I wonder if we will be allowed to Dye them eventually? But it needs Rabbit Hide. Rabbit Farming early game will be important. Exploring early game and you find a Flower that you don't have at home yet, some Carrots, Potatoes and Bread from a Village, maybe even a couple of Emeralds and finally find the Tree Saplings you were looking for plus the various Bones, String, Spider Eyes, Arrows & Rotten Flesh that exploring always gains one and it can all come home without the panicked "What do I drop?". One of the other ways this will be great is planning a Redstone Build and putting the items for the Build into the Bundle and then the Bundle can go into a Shulker if you have it, or an E Chest, or just carry it and arrive at your building place and empty stuff. You could plan for multiple builds and set them up and hopefully have everything you need, one after another (great for video makers).

Great point about planning multiple builds. You could even name the bundles and have them for specific purposes. I really do wonder if we'll be able to dye them in the future. It's possible to dye leather armour. And rabbits are now an important part of the game. I'm sure we'll see a lot of rabbit farm tutorials coming out.

How can I use bundles already? It’s available in the 20w45a snapshot of Java Edition! It’s an official release from Mojang and is available from the launcher. Just select “latest snapshot” from the bottom left corner and play!

It will come out for Bedrock when the update happens next summer. Bedrock has betas, but you can’t switch back to the regular version if you try it out, unfortunately. The betas are also trying different features than the snapshots at the moment.

If I'm ever in need of sleep I'm gonna try watching more of your content. Ooh I'll try adding soothing lofi Minecraft music in the background too 😂

Usually find myself with many incomplete stacks with redstone builds. i.e. 22 redstone, 4 repeaters, 1 comparator, 15 hoppers, 2 chests, 4 pistons, 2 slimeblock, 2 honey block, 3 powered rail, 5 rails, 3 observers, a lever, 64 building blocks and a hopper minecart. Be pretty nice to make that only take up 3 inventory spaces in inventory or project shulker.

Today, I watcheld my first Minecraft ASMR. I was genuinely looking for Minecraft tutorials but unintentional ASMRs are the best imo

@@e_cry232 Open the Minecraft Launcher, then click on the Installations option at the top. You should have a list of versions that you have installed. On the right, there are 3 options you can check, including snapshots. Make sure there's a checkmark by snapshots. You can then choose to play the latest snapshot, and you'll have all the new stuff.

As the title states, this is a 1.18 feature. It was in the snapshots, but never added to 1.17. It will be coming in 1.18. I should really update the thumbnail.

Different purpose. The bundle stores things differently, and allows you to store multiple items that are not complete stacks. Great for treasure hunting. For other purposes, not the best.

You can only get bundles if you play in the Java snapshots. That's through the Minecraft launcher if you have Java edition.

I don't feel bundles will solve anything other than putting together what I normally trash anyway. We just need a bigger inventory period. When you open a bundles you are just right back to having a jammed inventory. What do you think?

I can see your point. But I think I’d be more likely to use them when out exploring. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve had to leave stuff behind in chests because I ran out of inventory space. I can always open the bundles into chests when I return home.

Well, I'd say that the shulker box is still far better for storage. Bundles are good for treasure hunting, but they're fairly unorganized. They're not fully developed yet, though.

I agree shulkers are more powerful and useful, but bundles can hold random objects that will take up multiple inventory slots in a shulker. I find it to be very useful for treasure hunting.

A lot of people question their usefulness. I think they’re useful if you go out exploring to find treasure and loot from villages or end cities. But that’s how I would use them. Otherwise, I’d be carrying shulker boxes.
