basically they wanna know what you will do if they select you So the best things is you can correlate your strengths with this answer Ex I have leadership qualities, I would not only learn from the experienced colleagues but at the same time try to motivate the team and solve the issue through cooperation and mutual discussion 2. I can add value to the organisation as I have always believed in perseverance when it comes to work and rewards follow , I am hardworking girl who doesn't shy from hardwork At the same time it would provide me an opportunity to grow as well as contribute to the firm / company with my serious efforts to learn and contribute Maybe something like this ... Add your own words and positive values

I am Shraddha agnihotri.Basically I belongs to a small village of chhatarpur , Madhya Pradesh.I had keen interest in education since my childhood so,when I was six years old ,I went away from my parents for my initial education.I have completed my 10 th and 12th from jawahar navodaya vidyalaya gwalior,mp.after that I have completed my graduation from DAVV University ,Indore.Then I prepared for MBA examinations for complete one year.recently I have appeared for cmat examination and got 97.43%ile .

@@Vidisha67 First I had GD round they took a group of seven students and we got a topic "Movies encourage social events" Then we had PI she asked me 4 questions 1. Tell me about yourself 2. What is your dream 3. Did you do any practicals in your bachelor if yes than how many And lastly they asked that if you are selected for this college you have to arrange the first deposit of 50000₹ within 15 days after receiving the admission letter That's all although I got 41/50 marks in GD and PI . I hope this info will help you
