It happened to me! Once I was getting use of the brand… my pharmacits changed it. I thougth I was crazy because the symptoms were worse. Thanks for sharing all’ the info you are great and I do not feeliso alone in this journey!

My friend who has been diagnosed with breast cancer was prescribed letrozole and initially was doing brilliant on it the all of a sudden she took a turn for the worse and didn’t understand why.I stumbled on your video and suggested this to her.on investigation it seems that the chemist had changed the brand of tablets that she originally had so thanks to your suggestion she is now doing much better thanks for the advice could be a life saver.

Yes, this also was the case with me. They gave me a different brand, and I was thinking well it’s tamoxifen, so no problem. After a week I noticed bigger side ffects, and the only thing that changed was my tamoxifen. I also didn’t think this was possible. I talked with my oncologist about this and they managed to switch me back to the other brand. After a few days I only was left with the mild side effects I already had. In Holland, the insurance companies decide which brand they give, all about the money. But luckily for me the doctor was able to help

Thankyou for the suggestion. I have just started treatment 10 days ago. No side effects yet, but it’s another strategy I have to help me cope, if I start to struggle with the side effects. Can you tell me how quickly women generally start to feel the side effects. Is it days, weeks or months?. Is the worse for women in their late 40’s early 50’s whose body is just beginning menopause, compared to someone who is 10 years post menopause and would not have a much circulating oestrogen?

Hi! I just started Letrozole on yesterday, and my Oncologist told me that I will know of side effects by the 3 month mark, if not a little before. I asked because I also wanted to know what to watch out for. We’ll see the response you get, I’m sure everyone is different, but this is what I’ve been told. Hopefully we don’t get any at all! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🩷

Can women take tamoxifen if they have endometriosis will that give them a greater risk for endometrial cancer?

I’m happy with my brand with no side effects but my question is , can I take curcumin? Also not sure about flaxseed and soy. I would appreciate your input please. I eat a whole food plant based diet.

Flaxseed and soy are safe. Turmeric is fine as a cooking spice but T and C in large supplement doses interfere with how tamoxifen works

I’ve switched the chemo diet and I’m refusing all treatments. I absolutely refuse to take a chemo pill, radiation breast, surgery, order, stupid estrogen, pills they’re all debilitating and harmful among all your organs. Despite the lies they tell you cancer is a fear based issue that can be overcome if you don’t get on their cancer conveyor belt

Me again, I enjoy a cup or two of golden milk made from organic turmeric . I believe curcumin is in that?

I have no idea as I don’t drink it but turmeric and curcumin both interfere with how Tamoxifen works

It can be different for everyone. It’s worth asking your pharmacist to get you a different brand or ask on forums like BreastCancer.org

My doctor recommend me tamona for 3 month. I m taking this about 9 days in every night 1/2 of tablet. My period is irregular before taking this medicine. Now my period is off for 2 months. I m not sure about if i m pregnent. Can i continue this medicine in this situation? Or if i found me pregnent can i continue? Please reply madam........please this too much important please.😢

It was still tamoxifen, but from a different manufacturer
