Ingredients:
• 1 Tomahawk Ribeye
• Oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Optional: rosemary, garlic.
Steps:
1. Leave the beef at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
2. Season the meat with plenty of salt and pepper.
3. Heat a pan (preferably cast iron) and add the oil to it.
4. Fry the beef for 3 minutes on each side.
5. Put the beef in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius or 356 F for 15 min.
6. Take out the beef from the oven when its temperature is: steak's internal temperature: 51C or 125 F for rare, 57 C or 135 F for medium-rare, or 62-65 C or 145 F for medium.
7. Let the beef rest for 10 minutes, after which you can cut it and serve.
Optionally, it can be cooked with butter, onion and garlic.
