Wow, I was not expecting to see this technique. Never would have thought to grind the meat. I would have just cut chicken tenders into bite size pieces and fried them like regular chicken. I'll be making these, this week. They look really good, is simple enough and I like that the spice was added at the end. I have 2 that like spicy food and 2 that don't. Good call. Anna H so far the top dishes have been Gumbo Soup dumplings Baked pesto chicken with tomato My wife has found a love of baking so breads and cookies are definitely at the top.

Although Quang works so aggressively with the ingredients and food, yet it comes out so tasty and awesome!

yall clowns ive tried this recipe and his measurements are almost perfect. They may look like huge portions but that was almost exactly 1 tablespoon, it looked the exact same. Besides, he put in too little, this powder isn't really salty

Make it! I'll be taking a short cut by getting chicken that's already ground. I killed my food processor, during last Thanksgiving holiday 🙄

Anna H buy a new one, it would be handy for you. Already grounded chicken doesn’t have enough juice in it so the chicken nugget will be dry inside. You could buy chicken breast, then cut em into thick slices (medium sized) and you can follow his recipe. Buy a really good and high quality food processor this time 😊. (Trust me, I have made chicken nuggets out of pre grounded chicken, they are dry like sand after you cook em)

However, I'll have to take that purchase up, with my husband. I'm wondering if the water and egg he added to his recipe keeps it from drying out?

Anna H water and egg does prevent the chicken from becoming dry but you will not get that extra flavor which comes when you freshly ground meat at home, if you do not have a food processor currently use a blender to make the grounded chicken. Just gotta pulse it a few times and remember if you do use a blender, make sure to keep little bits of chunks. 😊
