My hubby LOATHES beans with a capital letter but I made this recipe today, didn't change anything but added iru to the stew n used croaker fish instead, hubby finished eating n put money for me in the plate when I came to clear it. I can’t get any taste without adding garlic. Love the onions and bell pepper mixtures gave the food a better presentations. Also learnt a trick to wash off the beans before adding rice. Always love to watch your cooking technique. There’s always something new to learn. I’m also a better puff puff chef. Thanks to your recipe

Delicious! Yum😋 I do rice and black beans with coconut oil and season stock cubes. You should try it too. It is so good! (you will need the broth of the boiled beans juice to give the rice the colour in this recipe ) I live for your recipes and cooking tips. I'm about to try that puff puff made simple recipe you did last. Will let you know how it went when I eventually do👍👍I need to go get the live yeast. I have never baked or cooked with yeast before.
