Finished eating my first bowl. Now that's what I'm talking about. I did not stray away from your recipe and it was spot on. The tip to stir after 10 minutes helped as I can feel it sticking to the bottom of my stir fry pan. Grandkids should be here in 20 minutes. Can't wait to see their reaction. As a suggestion for those cooking rice outside of a "one pot" process, take off the shrimp tails and add them to the rice water while it's boiling. Remove the tails before putting the rice in. Peeling the shrimp yourself? The shrimp shells can be used in the same manner. The shrimp tail/shell will flavor the water and add an additional almost stealth depth of flavor to the dish. No matter what bite is taken, the shrimp essence is present. Stay codified✊🏾. Later

He did NOT have "rice water" to add shells to. The Uncooked rice cooked in the skillet with Chicken broth.

I have no idea what this means? Are you saying cook the rice separately and out the shrimps tails in the rice while you cook the rice? But then so you cool the rice in chicken broth?
