Dear Joyful cook. I want to thank you specially! I am actually eating my delicious fried rice as I type this. I have never cooked Fried rice with ALL the complete Fried rice ingredients before. How did it taste? I remember it used to taste so good in Nigeria when they made it, but now in USA the version they sell here like in African restaurants tastes bland and boring

I followed this recipe to the T and my family couldn't stop talking about my dish out of the so many others on the menu, brought by different people of course. Not only did the fried rice come out nice and super tasty, but it didn't go sour nor slimy even till the next day. Let me go and update my list of dishes I'm now a pro at, all thanks to Joyful Cook. I prefer mine also with any vegetable salad or just avocado. Nigerian fried rice is never complete without liver😃. Hugs and good recovery from the cold, don't forget loads of hot tea
