    Perfect!!!!! I love your Introduction. I'm also from the great state of The Almighty God- Akwa Abasi Ibom state, and here in the U.S, we lack things like this to watch if you don't post. Thanks a lot for reminding me of the delicacies and their preferred top of the class, Akwa Ibom manner of cooking. It's so much cleaner than all the other videos

    THE RED OIL IS CALLED RED PALM OIL. YOU CAN GET IT IN ANY AFRICAN SUPERMARKET

    one problem i have is that when i add red oil to beans it starts to feel sticky in my mouth the next day idkw even i just bought the palm oil

    After adding the palm oil, let the beans cook for like 10 to 15 minutes
