FRESH INGREDIENTS
6 Chicken legs and 6 Chicken thights
1 container Pineapple chunks ( HALF CONTAINER LIQUID IN THE BEGINNING OF SEASON PROCESS)
3 Gloves garlic
1 medium Onion
3 stalks Scallions
3 sticks of Thyme
1 Scotch bonnet pepper
6 Pimento seeds
1/4 of each Bell pepper ( red, orange, yellow,green)
1/2Tbsp fresh crush Ginger
DRY INGREDIENTS
1tbsp Onion powder
1tbsp Garlic powder
1tbsp All purpose seasoning
2tbsp Chicken seasoning
1tbsp Perfect seasoning
1/2tsp Sazon cilantro y Anhiote
1/2 Black pepper
2tbsp Dark soya sause
Salt to taste
