Same I was in primary school and I used to binge watch her videos which would enlighten up my mood everytime!! Ahh time flies by so fast...Im in my teens now turning 15 next week❤😃

She made me jog at age of 8 and it strengthened my mentality. It built kind of protection against worrying about other people's opinions. People older than me repeatedly laughed at me for being so young and jogging and at the beginning I was very sad because of it and I wanted to stop jogging. But Sara's videos have been motivating me and the more I did it, the more confidence I gained. Thank you Sara, you are a part of my childhood

Lol, I been watching this vid for so long and I just realized that when she was making the salad in a jar, she said she was putting cucumbers in her salad, but when she was adding them into the jar, the text said zucchini. Love it! This is one of my favorite videos because it’s always nice to see different ideas for healthy food. Thank you so much for helping me find alternatives to unhealthy breakfasts and lunches!
