    Great job with the halibut......I usually season with pink salt, pepper, and cumin, considering how mild flavored halibut is.....a dollop of mango chutney is also a bonus.....fyi, it's much easier to flip the fish with a fish spatula....great job!

    @@BrownGirlsKitchen It's all good...not sure how often you cook fish, but it's a must have if fish is a staple in your diet....Williams Somoma or Sur la Table is my go to

    @@fredtolliver4798 i actually do eat fish very often.. i live in alaska so now fish is a everyday thing kinda specially during summer. we get free salmon here. so hehe.. i should invest one i guess.. but most i see is metal and i use nonstick all the time. thats why i never bought one.. but i do have a very thin spatula that is made with wood... thats why i never bought one but i will surely look into the william sonoma.. they have the best of bests thanks Fred

    Awesome recipe! Just want to note that if you have really thick halibut it needs to cook longer - mine came out undercooked but they were thicker pieces than she had in the video

    Yes. Mine was perfect. I let it sit for few min and fish always continued cooking. If ur was thicker yes cook longer for sure. Thank so much for sharing ur view. 🥰

    What seasoning did you use for your garlic vegetable? Was it fresh or frozen? My vegetables always mushy and bland.

    it was frozen. And i used little butter and garlic salt black pepper. that is kinda it.. simple but so good.

    In Alaska yes. This is huge. I wish i could go halibut fishing. But i know pulling 80-90lb fish will be a challenge
