@@skateryan98 yes po. sell ko po ng 100 each. depende po kasi sa brands ng gagamiting nyong cheese, pickles, raisins, etc. kaya pede mag-vary yung costs.😊

wow! i’ll try this one! i love embutido but i haven’t tried cooking it.
cheese, pickles, onions etc are right but instead of red bell peppers use molinera pimientos roasted bell peppers. it's a big difference in taste. add del monte sweet style ketchup too. no bread crumbs. add more eggs almost to a runny consistency. use banana leaf for wrapping. layer caul fat on the banana leaf then place meat. Line hard boiled egg, sausage or chorizo, and slices of molinera then form. wrap it up like Christmas gift with butcher's twine. It should be cooked half-submerged in water over wood fire for an hour. Then deep fry the whole thing including the banana leaf. it will create the most amazing smell. OH MY. you have to try this recipe and pass it on to your next generation. you won't regret it.

@@ASMv7Channel i don't vlog sorry. and i am actually also just learning this recipe / technique & method from our yaya of 40 years. she learned this from my lola who is now 94 yrs old. and she learned it when she was studying culinary before ww2. Our yaya cooks a big batch twice a year during fiesta and Christmas. The smell of embotido in our home is always associated to Christmas. It's such a good recipe that's why I am sharing it to those who want to take it. As for me, I watch modern methods on youtube such as this, (on a stovetop steamer using foil as wrap) so I can make it in small batches easier whenever I miss it.

Hi chef,,, reminder lng po, hindi po b masamang gamitin s cooking ang aluminum foil mtagal ko ng nbasa bad side effects ng foiil. Instead of foil use telang katsa or anything cotton safe n safe. Tnx po idol😘
