How to Cook, Clean, and Eat Steamers | Chef Brett

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Nothing says summer in New England like a bowl of steamers. (Well, maybe lobsters) Steamers are easy to cook up and don't take too long to prepare. You could also swap out littleneck or cherrystone clams in this recipe. So grab a cold beer and make yourself a pot of steamed clams!

They would rather order in a restaurant. So watching how to eat (5:20) would still be helpful.
