Corn 🌽 is one of my favorite vegetables & this is a great way to prepare it for a meal with a small group of family or friends !

They sell the Southwest corn or Mexican corn. It has red and green bell peppers in it already. I sometimes add Parmesan cheese.

I've never tried bell peppers with my corn I usually make my corn with dill and butter but I'm going to try this as well 😋

I've been dying to spruce up my corn instead of butter s/p. I found this today and made it. DAMN GIRL, IT'S AWESOME. Great flavors. The only way I plan on making corn from here on out. Thank you for sharing. 😊

I made it last night, came out soooo good! Today I had some leftover of it for lunch. Yummy.

All right I just made it and it‘s bussin! Quick note though, in your ingredients you have 3 tablespoons for the ground cumin, but you say 3 teaspoons in the video. I went with his phones and I think it worked out right. Also you said three cans of corn but I only saw you put two in there. Regardless, great videos and I’m about to make your green beans thank you so much!

Thanks I fixed it. Not sure why I wrote it that way. Sometimes I'll change something in the recipe and put the final measurements in the description box, BUT I don't remember if that was the case. If you go by what's in the video you'll be good👍🏽

I used diced canned green(not super hot)chilis instead of the bell pepper.

What can i use if I don’t have cumin?

Is this recipe enough for 5 adults and 3 kids? Maybe I should add another can of corn? If so, I need to increase other ingredients by50%, correct?

Try with some frozen corn, no additives.

How many cans do you suggest for church congregation 😅

Shirley here, I have been making this for years. But I just add red peppers so good.

yes butter is better..but a lil bacon grease is better...and next day our body does not process corn at all.... in the stool...tells all..

Aside from adding the sugar, everything else made it tasty good!
