How to cook Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs in the Air Fryer Oven

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this easy cooking video, I cook some boneless skinless chicken thighs in my Comfee Air Fryer Toaster Oven. I seasoned the chicken with Kinder's Mild BBQ Rub and cooked it on the Air Roast setting for about 18 minutes. Then brushed on some Kinder's Mild BBQ Sauce and cooked the chicken thighs for about 3 more minutes.

My Mom died last week, she cooked for my Dad for 58 years. He is doing OK, but I'm teaching him how to cook things that he really wants to eat. We are going to have some fun times, I love crazy food!!!

As always Tim another great cooking video and as I have mentioned before I have had many holidays/vacations in the USA and it used to be so cheap to buy food from your major supermarkets and though I have not been to the USA since 2006 your food prices are rising so quick??? I know that the wages are higher there but that chicken would be a third of the price in the UK but wages are lower here talk about a cost of living crisis??? 👍👍🍗🍗

@@TosTinManEasyCooking it's totally crazy I watch a lot of van life videos on KZread some are absolutely amazing especially in the winter and one lives in Washington state and crossing the border it's cheaper to buy food in Canada but cheaper to buy petrol or diesel in the USA so people cross the border for fuel from Canada and people from the US cross the border to buy food in Canada ?? 👍👍

I am so glad Tos TinMan usually tells us how much the meat costs. He is in California, but here in Texas our meat is quite a bit more inexpensive. Our meat in Texas is almost half the cost of what he is paying in California. California is crazy expensive.

......the Old Trusty Cast-Iron Skillet and the Toaster-Oven, absolutely LOVE it. Just curious how you like your current brand and Oven over the Black & Decker brands you used when we FIRST started watching your videos MANY years ago now?

I liked the Comfee oven a lot but it died already. I used it everyday and it finally just lost power so it didn't last very long. To be fair though, one of my Black and Decker ovens only lasted 6 months. I'm using my old Black and Decker again but it cooks slower and the food doesn't get as crispy. I'm keeping my eye out for another air fryer oven.

I like Kinders seasoning. I use the lemon pepper on my pan fried chicken and the buttery steakhouse on my steak. I didn't know they had bbq sauce. I'll have to look for that. Your chicken looked good.

@@TosTinManEasyCooking ...I'm betting that Black & Decker is going to up their game, and furthermore, I'm certain that they know of your videos and accidentally promoting their brand way back when you FIRST Started your Toaster-Oven videos, displaying the fact that the little Black & Decker Oven could cook ANYTHING a big conventional oven could cook, but just in smaller batches and a FRACTION of the Power Bill to run it.

They looked good, and it's a nice quick meal. But I have to say yet again stop rinsing your chicken. It's not necessary and actually spreads contaminates more then it helps !

  • @rickcormier9160

This is a complicated issue and to each his own. No matter how or where you handle chicken, the area will be contaminated and need to be sanitized. I have handled chicken on my countertop and felt a splash on my face during opening the package and seasoning. so you know droplets went other places. A couple of years ago, I watched Martha Stewart who said she washes her poultry. It is not just bacteria you need to clean, but possible debris from the butchering process. For other pieces of meat with other bacteria there are potential bone fragments from the saws that can only be washed away.

@@rickcormier9160 They have done countless shows and studies on this matter and the running water carries the particles much further then just handling. Also there would be no saw debris from chicken because it's not broken down from a bandsaw. Also any butcher shop has a designated area for chicken so there would be no debris from other meats !

I find seasoning and sauces/marinades stick better if rinsed first. Gets rid of that packaging "slime". I have deep sinks so splashes or whatever confined to the inside of the sink. Just don't turn the water on full force !

@@Hacker-xe8yv If u said rubs I could see that but sauces and marinades not so much. IMHO i really don't think washing or not will really factor in to the finished product. Could u picture all these BBQ pits and firemen BBQ'd rinsing Chicken ? Also I have never gotten slimy chicken out of the package. I also agree with Rick it's to each there own on how u prep your food.
