    I used to work in a fancy restaurant that served bone marrow as starters. Best thing I did was saving the excess oil that comes off it and using it for burgers and stir fries afterwards. Give it a try Guga! Will be the most flavourful burgers you'll ever try

    When I make my meat pasta sauce I always put 4 big marrow bones in when cooking it. It adds a depth of flavor, no one can guess what it is. Try it.

    Guga I cooked 4 bones tonight along with my Spinalis steaks and I got rave reviews from the two kings and queens that I served. Thank you so much for the guidance of cooking the bone marrow. I just used SPG as recommended and two of the four served were blown away as they never ate the bone butter before. I served the bone marrow with slices of a toasted baguette with garlic infused olive oil. Thank you for your guidance!!

    I remember when my mom used to cook beef soup when I was younger she always took out the marrow out of the beef’s bones and would put it on a crusty slice of bread with salt, I absolutely loved it. It’s so juicy and smooth, really tastes like “meat butter”

    Buying bone marrow at a restaurant is fairly expensive and hurts the pocket, to to your local butcher, they’ll be far more budget friendly, plus you get to be Guga for an hour or two and work on your cooking skills!

    I grow up with this. We use to boil the bone few hours then rub a slice of toast with raw garlic then spred the marow on the top, season salt and pepper.... The best think ever .

    In our household whenever we have a big cook up including meat me and my siblings usually fight over the bones cause you have all this delicious marrow inside it’s just heavenly. I end up eating the most cause usually they feel full after a few spoons of marrow 😂 It is delicious if you never tried it give it a try!

    this channel is so much better than sous vide everything tbh. the energy is so much better and I actually feel entertained watching it. Ninja and maomao usually act really passively towards each other while guga does all the cooking. great content on that channel, but the vibes are just not there. Either way, keep doing your thing Guga!!

    I was actually falling asleep at work...Then Guga started using the back of his knife to clean the bone. My whole body immediately tensed up. I'm wide awake now lol Guga saved the day in a very odd way

    @Tom Silverheart the thing is that you cant overdo with garlic powder since it has only small amount of the acids that make garlic taste (not smell tho, only taste)... you will need allot of garlic powder to replace the same amount of taste that one clove of those "potent" garlic varieties has... garlic powder is all about aroma and raw garlic is all about taste...

    Some of it is more very fine powder, and some is more granulated. I prefer the granulated, I think it has a superior smell and taste to the very fine white powdery stuff. Just look in the jar, is it blonde colored with a little grain and texture to it? Should be good if it is. I have "Market Pantry" brand from Target and it looks just like Guga's.
