Is Banga paste palm oil?

My first time but I couldn't help but subscribe....thank you for this but how do I get the Banga paste? And us there a need for palm oil or groundnut oil?

I doubt there is need fir oil, as the paste already has it's oil Dear.

Check any African store or go online. From banga paste, you make red oil. You don't need red oil at all or any other oil.

The way u stir the rice while cooking is amazing. I tot Rice gets burnt out of too much stirring.
