This bumper doesn't have the park sensor holes. Did you add yours after the fact?

Yea I wanna get rid of chrome, fix a rust spot on driver side door and paint all solid color (probably down the road thought) doing mopar reman first in about a week

Great info. I bought a 2022 ram classic tradesman single cab short box and my local dealership is useless for upgrades. I’m hoping this video helps me change out the bumpers from the stock matte black to a color match.

I really liked those srt wheels I know not good for towing but I just liked how they look can you do a sport hood conversion for the eco diesel with functioning vents maybe someone would like to see that

Great job! I know I need all those parts to do the right thing but what happens if i only put the bumper cover on ( without absorber and crash bar) will it fit and stay in place. Im not planning on having fog lights so I will adapt some kind of mash…. The country where I live is hard to find all the parts….

Did you ever find out? I know there 10mm just need to know lengths, the two are longer by the fog lights, two in the middleof chrash bar are shorter.

Love the wheels, huge difference between those and the R/T - don't go back.

keep the black wheels. looks very nice now. My dakota has basically same theme - paint matched, chrome delete, blackout.

I have a question. do you think this set up can work on a 2010 slt? I want to convert my front to this same but I'm not sure if this would work.

Where did you get the clips and bolts for the absorber? I had an accident a few years ago and just now realized the shop that repaired it used snap on clips (seriously crappy job) so my fog lights vibrate due to the lack of bolts.

If possible could you link all the hardware u used or the names of the specific bolts and nuts and stuff you used

I been researching the same issue. The holes in the metal bumper are a little lower than the sport. So if you leave them in on the sport. They rub the bottom. There is a post on Ram forum on how to make a special spacer bracket out of steel to adjust them a little but you still have to cut out the plastic with a Dremel. They do not make a panel for the tow hooks on the sport which is stupid cause mine is a 4x4 ver why would you not want the hooks?

What size bolts did you use for the front metal piece?

Do they make a close out panel that also allows tow hooks?

Will my old valance work? The one on Amazon is sold out 🥺 is there any where else I can get one

Did you put wheel spacers on? Looks like they are sticking out just a little more

Is the sport and express pretty much the same ? I have express with all of this
