CC1 & CC2 need to be connected to GND with 5.1K Resistor for usb-c to usb-c charging.

@@socke4306 I don't think it's possible to replace for output that way because you would need a chip to do the communicating for power

@@Junji101 Its possible, i already have the answer from reddit. you just have to solder a 56k Resistor to allow 0,5A - 22k for 1,5A and 10k for 3A between on of the CC Lines and V. I tried it with 56k and it works perfect.

Which two pins carry data on the back of usb-c port? I have the lenovo yoga book YB1-X90F Which comes a older type USB Micro used both charging it and data transfer apart from mini HDMI port & 3.5m headphone jack it need the update hack used in your video but I do identifie data connection too Thanks

where you able to mod your book. I am watching this video hoping to do the same with mine as well.

This person should have connected two pairs of + and - so the usb c could be plugged in either way. The way this video was done could not have worked. The two pins on the end are - and + is the 4th pin in from each side. The way this was wired on the video would have caused a direct short circuit whenever something was plugged in. Hopefully it wasn't important because it's probably broken now.

As I can see, you have only 2 pin on the circuit board. If I have the classic 5 pin, which ones I need to solder to the 2 cables

It's So Simple.....First u need to find + and - pin with multimeter.. and when you find it just solder wires with it and it will done 👍
