Thanks this helped me out. I knew VLC had a converter but it was speeding up the video and audio. I didn't know about the wrench button. I'll also look at the OBS converter too.

Not sure if this solution works using VLC for Mac? I select H.264 MP4 and it always outputs the file as m4v which I can't import into Premiere

I only see convert/stream, not convert save

music mixed too loud
