Hello Sir, I have 2 questions- Is charity the same as community services (non-profit org.) I work in community services. Are they exempt from LMIA ? What is the process if it is exempt and does it help in supporting PR and getting 50 points? I do not need a work permit but just PR support. Your response is highly appreciated.

I got LMIA and I’m on my open work permit didn’t apply for closed. Can I leave my job from where I applied for Lmia once I get my pr? If I later apply for closed work permit even in that case after I get pr can I leave my job? Please answer
