Hey, idk if you'll ever see this, but I did all of this right. I plugged the AV cables into my VCR, and then I plugged the HDMI into the PS4. I attempted to record a movie, but it did nothing. What did I do wrong?

i bought a onn one and works on my tv old sharp tv but when i have my pc connect the edges are out of the screen i try all resolution and hz and noting only got 1680 1050 works but only cant see my two side edges will mini be better than onn??????

You probably have overscan enabled, is there any overscan setting in the TV menu?
You can use reverse?

Can you run an old car AV Monitor as a second PC Monitor under windows with this converter?
That is backwards to what I want.
