i have problem even from following your steps. Can you suggest? Error message: Check the file permissions/ Make sure sufficient free memory and disk space/open the file with the text recovery converter

Yes you can do that as well. But you can also use Google lense to do that as well.

In that case you can use Adobe acrobat DC, but that is expensive software.

@@user-hm9xs4hr9g it works in 16 and advanced version. You can use one note in office 10. Just bring in the photo into one note, right click on it and you would see the option extract text.

@@HiraMSaleh You can convert your image to PDF in MS Word and then reconvert it to MS word again. Hopefully it will work.

I have done it in 2016. If you have 2013, you should try it, there is little difference between 2013 and 2016. Hopefully it would work.

Paste image text into word doc Save as pdf file Open this pdf file by opening blank word doc Click on view Click on out line It will show outlining, seclect from the drop down level 9, click on insert, open up pdf file, then copy this and paste it any where to use it
